Get Up N Dance has an award winning competition team.

Being part of the competition team is a lot of fun, but also requires more of a commitment. Our competition team is required to take all three of our technique classes along with their choreography classes throughout the regular dance season and are also required to take three additional classes throughout the summer. We do 4-5 Regional dance competitions as well as a National Dance competition. The students also do many community performances throughout the year including, but not limited to the Bristol OM show, the Rockwell Festival and the Mum Parade. Being part of the competition team is not just about winning competitions, but also is a learning experience for all dancers. We want our dancers to learn to support one another, work well with one another, and learn to strive to be better then they were yesterday.

These are lessons that will not just help your dancer on the stage, but will help them throughout all aspects of life.
